Yeah, we should update the scores more often, but we’re too busy celebrating a Sox series win and a crushing Yankees defeat in Cleveland, and looking forward to another lights out performance by Beckett on Friday.

So do you know of any automated score update services that we can embed? We’d love to hear about them. We’d also love to hear your opinions on whether it’s the end of an era in New York if Joe Torre gets the sack.

So once in a while we will try to highlight some of the better stories, videos, and pictures we see on the site, and once in a while we’ll add some of our own stuff too.

Anyway, I checked the site just now, and the first flickr picture I saw about how to tell when 6, 8 , and 9 were upside-down on a jersey was pretty cool. It appeals to my anal-retentive graphic design sensibilities. I’ll try to spot an upside-down number on TV or at Fenway sometime, it’ll either make me oh-so-special, or oh-so-lame.
